Refund policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you need to return an item, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your order. For health and hygiene reasons, all products must be unused, in their original sealed packaging, and in a resalable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
How do I start a return
- Contact us at hello@beautifiedlondon.com within 14 days of your purchase date. You will need to tell us about your experience and include photos showing us your complaint.
- Once approved you will receive return instructions
Please do not send back items without prior authorisation as they won’t be accepted.

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
Orders delivered outside the UK, EU, or U.S. are not eligible for return.
