Shipping policy
PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days, regardless of the shipping method selected at checkout. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Saturday delivery is not guaranteed.
For example, if you place an order on Monday, it will ship by Wednesday at the latest. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
DELIVERY TIME
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather or courier delays. If your order has not arrived within the expected time frame, please contact us with your order number so we can assist you.

ADDRESS DETAILS
Providing an incorrect or incomplete address may result in a delay of 1–2 additional business days. Please double-check your shipping and billing details before completing your order.
Most packages are delivered to your mailbox or doorstep. However, the courier may choose to hold the package at a local facility if they believe it’s unsafe to leave unattended. For this reason, we recommend shipping to an address where someone will be available to receive the package (e.g., work or a friend’s address).
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Please ensure your order and shipping address are correct before placing your order. We process orders quickly, so there is only a short window to make changes or cancel.
If you need to change your shipping address, contact us immediately at hello@beautifiedlondon.com. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once the order is placed.
If an order cannot be changed in time and is returned to us, we can either resend it to the correct address or issue a full refund.
